Q: What's the difference between Tango's different plans? 

A: The features are the same across all plans, however the maximum number of output each month varies.

A: Currently only Windows version, but we will release the Mac version in the future. 

Q: Does Tango have a Mac version and a Linux version?

A: You can use Tango on a maximum of 5 PCs which can't be changed, but only one PC can be online at the same time. You can bind the software to no more than 2 PCs, and when logging into a third PC, you'll need to unbind previous one. 

Q: Can Tango be used on various computers? 

A: Yes, when using the software for the first time, you can choose our 15-day free trial. There's no difference in features between the trial version and the official version. 

Q: Does tango offer free trial? 

A: Currently we do not support refunds. We recommend that you choose free trial before purchase. Any problems you encounter after payment, please contact us. 

Q: Does tango support refunds?

A: After completing the purchase, please enter PC side Profile-MyOrders-Action. 

Q: How do I get the invoice after purchase? 

A：Voxeldance Tango's output indicates that the model is exported and saved as STL, obj, 3mf, and other file formats or sliced file formats like VDT, CWS, CLI, and SLC. When exporting any of the following formats, it counts as one output.
